ERBIL — Ali Beg resort is one of touristic sites in the Kurdistan Region that attracts thousands of tourists from other parts of Iraq in the summer.
The resort is 90 kilometers away from the center of capital Erbil and it is bordered by Mount Korka to the east and Mount Bradost to the northwest.
In the middle of the valley, thee rivers, Rawanduz, Khalifan, and Sidakan, meet, giving the touristic site an attractive nature.
The resort has recently been renovated by the Soran Tourism Directorate.
