ERBIL — A new fire incident was reported at a hospital in the Iraqi capital Baghdad on Tuesday afternoon, with no casualties reported.
The blaze was reported from Zari Fayadh hospital in the al-Rashidiya neighborhood, north of Baghdad, causing an oxygen tank to explode, Iraqi reports said.
The fire has now been brought under control and it did not result in any casualties, the reports added.
Earlier on 12 July, a massive fire broke out at a center for COVID-19 treatment and quarantine, which is part of Imam Hussein Hospital in Nasiriya, killing dozens instantly.
