Another Global Coalition Forces Convoy Hit by Bombing in Iraq

ERBIL - Another convoy of the US-led Coalition forces came under a bomb attack in north of capital Baghdad on Sunday evening, a source said.

The convoy, carrying logistical supplies for the US-led Coalition forces, was hit on a main road in Salahaddin province without resulting in any casualties or injuries, a security source said in a statement.

This came only hours after six people, including one foreigner, were injured as a result of a roadside bomb blast targeting a convoy of the Global Coalition forces in the south of Iraq.

Similar incidents occur in different areas of Iraq against the US-led Coalition forces in Iraq almost everyday while no groups claim to be behind the incidents, but the United States accuses the pro-Iran militia groups.
