ERBIL - A report by OPEC indicates that Iraq ranked the second in the list of those countries that produced oil during February.
The production of the 13 member states of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) decreased last month, the statement explained, noting that the average of production was 24.848 million barrels per day.
According to the OPEC report, Nigeria, Iraq, Iran, Venezuela, Libya, Kuwait, Algeria, Gabon, and Congo increased their production of oil during February
Iraq took the second position in oil production with 3.898 million barrels per day.
The other four countries reduced their production, led by Saudi Arabia by 930,000 barrels per day, Angola by 50,000 barrels per day, Equatorial Guinea by 13,000 barrels, and the UAE by 1,000 barrels per day, the report noted.
