ERBIL - A liquor store in the Iraqi capital Baghdad came under a bomb attack by unidentified gunmen on Monday, reports said.
The store where the bombing took place was said to be located in the area of A'azamiya in central Baghdad without causing major damages to the shop, Iraqi media reports said.
No casualties or injuries were reported either.
According to Iraqi authorities, nearly 15 liquor stores have been targeted with bomb explosions in Iraq in less than two months for which no groups have yet claimed responsibility.
Some people believe that some militia groups are behind the attacks on the liquor stores while some others argue that the bombings could have been conducted by those in the same business in efforts to harm the business of their competitors.
In the last few days, there have been more than two incidents of this type on the same day.
