ERBIL - Several missiles were fired at the positions of pro-Iranian militia groups in Syria's al-Quneitra on Wednesday evening, a war monitor reported.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said that several explosions were heard in the countryside of al-Quneitra "caused by new Israeli bombardment on a military position of regime forces and Iranian-baked militias."
According to the Britain-based monitoring group, the Syrian regime air-defences were attempting to intercept the alleged Israeli missiles, with no casualties far been reported.
