Tuz Khurmatu: Bomb Blast Hits Two Shepherds

ERBIL - A bomb explosion on Sunday targeted a couple of shepherds in the disputed Kurdish town of Tuz Khurmatu, local police has confirmed.

The incident took place in the village of Abud, north of Tuz Khurmatu, where one of the young shepherds was killed and the other was wounded, Hussein Ali, chief of Tuz Khurmatu Police, told BasNews.

The one who lost his life in the incident was 13 years old, Ali said, adding that the wounded was taken to the town's public hospital.
