Kurdistan Security Forces Arrest Man in Possession of Illicit Drugs
ERBIL - Kurdistan Region's security forces on Monday managed to arrest an Iranian man on the border crossings in possession of illegal drugs.
The anti-narcotics directorate explained in a statement that the suspect was arrested at Haji border crossing, noting that he had hidden an amount of illicit drugs in his jacket.
The statement did not specifically mention the exact amount of illicit drugs seized on Monday, but explained that the seized drug was opium.
