ERBIL - A convoy of the US-led Coalition forces came under a roadside bomb explosion on Thursday in the Iraqi capital Baghdad.
An explosive device, which reportedly had been planted on Abu Ghreb highway, went off and targeted a Coalition convoy carrying military and logistical equipment, Iraqi reports said.
As a result of the bomb blast, at least one member of a security company was wounded.
This comes three days after two similar bombings hit a coalition convoy in the province of Dhi Qar, without resulting in casualties or injuries.
