ERBIL — Prime Minister Mustafa al-Kadhimi of Iraq will visit Ankara and meet Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
Iraq’s Ambassador to Turkey, Hassan Janabi, said the visit is scheduled for 17th December.
Iraq’s Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein will travel to Ankara before the PM’s visit. He will coordinate the official meetings in the Turkish capital.
War against terror, Turkish military operations along the Iraq borders, trade, water resources, oil exports, and visa issuance are the topics that Kadhimi and Erdogan are expected to focus on.
