ERBIL - Iranian authorities have arrested a teacher of Kurdish language in the Kurdish province of Kermanshah, a human rights group revealed on Monday.
Anisa JafariMehr, a Kurdish language teacher and cultural activist from Eslamabad-e Gharb district of Kermanshah province, was arrested by the Iranian Intelligence Forces on Monday, Hengaw Organization for Human Rights said.
The security forces transferred the Kurdish activist to "an unknown location," according to Hengaw agency.
The forces, in the meantime, raided JafariMehr's house and seized her personal belongings, the human rights group added.
