Trump Reaffirms Support for France after Knife Attack

ERBIL - US President Donald Trump has expressed his support for France after a deadly knife attack at a church in the southern French city of Nice on Thursday.

"Our hearts are with the people of France. America stands with our oldest Ally in this fight," Trump wrote on Twitter. "These Radical Islamic terrorist attacks must stop immediately. No country, France or otherwise can long put up with it!"

A knife-wielding man on Thursday killed at least three people in Nice city.

Shah Mahmood Qureshi, the prime minister of Pakistan, also condemned the attack and made it clear that Pakistan is "against any such incidents and we condemn violence wherever it happens," as cited by AP News.
