ERBIL - Turkish and Russian forces on Thursday carried out a fresh joint patrol in Syria's Kobani, a monitor said.
The patrol included eight vehicles which set off from a border crossing near Charib village to tour the villages and towns in the area, Syrian Observatory for Human Rights noted.
The vehicles reportedly toured "the villages and towns of Ghareeb, Ain Abat, Qarrah, Mough, Kharbisan, Baghdik, Khan, Al-Dinyay, Sarzouri," SOHR said, adding that the patrol was also escorted by two Russian helicopters.
The last joint patrol of the two countries' forces was carried out on September 17 in Aleppo countryside, the Britain-based monitoring group said.
