Iraq's Minister of Displacement and Migration Ivan Fayaq on Sunday received the 11-year-old who was found in an orphanage in Karbala, the ministry said in a statement.
Her new Arabic name was mentioned as Aya Abbas Zanoon, while she was found wearing the same clothing as local Shia Muslims.
