ERBIL - Iraq's Oil Ministry revealed on Saturday that the country has generated $3.487 billion from oil exports in July.
The ministry explained in a press release that the total oil exports for July averaged 2.763 million barrels per day (bpd), including 2,668 million bpd from Basra oilfields.
The average price per barrel was $40.70 in July, the statement added.
The coronavirus pandemic has affected Iraq's economy as the country almost entirely relies on oil revenues.
