ERBIL - Iranian authorities executed at least ten Kurdish inmates in July, a human rights group revealed on Saturday.
Hengaw Organization for Human Rights said in a statement that the death penalties of ten Kurdish prisoners were implemented in Kermanshah, Naqadeh, Sanandaj, Karaj, and Urmia.
The human rights group further noted that eight of the prisoners had been sentenced to death on alleged murder charges while the other two for their political views.
