ERBIL - A couple of Katyusha rockets on Thursday evening landed in the vicinity of the Baghdad International Airport, a statement confirmed.
Iraq's Security Media Cell confirmed the incident in a statement and said that it did not resulted in "significant" material damages.
According to the press release, the rockets were launched from two different locations near Radwaniyah area.
Several similar rocket attacks have been reported on bases housing the US-led coalition forces over the past few months, for which Washington has often blamed the pro-Iranian militia groups.
