IED Explosion Hits Minibus in Baghdad, Injures Five

ERBIL — At least five civilians were injured after an improvised explosive device (IED) placed inside a minibus in central Baghdad, went off.

Security sources said the explosion had occurred near the eastern entrance gate of Baghdad known as Bab al-Sharqiya.

Iraq’s Security Media Cell has confirmed the number of injured, saying the explosion has also caused serious damage to the minibus.
